
金双根,1974年9月生,籍贯安徽,必威betway官网入口学术副校长,欧洲科学院院士,土耳其科学院院士,欧洲人文和自然科学院院士,美国国家人工智能科学院院士,俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士,美国电磁科学院院士,非洲科学院院士,国际大地测量与地球物理学联合会(IUGG)会士,国际工程技术协会(IETI)会士,国际大地测量协会(IAG)会士,亚太人工智能学会(AAIA)会士,印度尼西亚教育与文化部“世界级教授”,国家重点研发计划“首席科学家”, 国家“万人计划”领军人才,中国科学院“百人计划”,江苏省“特聘教授”,上海市“领军人才”等。1999年获武汉大学学士,2003年获中国科学院大学博士,之后分别在澳大利亚、韩国、美国等工作。担任国际IUGG行星科学委员会主席,全球华人导航定位协会主席(2016),以及10余本国际期刊主编、副主编和编委,第一完成人获省部级科技进步奖一等奖1项和二等奖2项、中国侨联贡献奖一等奖、中国AI金雁奖卓越成就奖、爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”、全球前2%顶尖科学家等。
主要从事智能导航、大地测量、环境遥感和空间行星探测及应用,在GNSS遥感理论方法与应用等做出了国际创新性成果,如揭示了通导遥信号散射机理,提出了GNSS遥感方向,突破了GNSS遥感技术难题,推动了相关研究和应用。在国际顶尖或重要期刊Earth-Science Reviews、Remote Sensing of Environment、EPSL、JGR、JG等发表SCI论文400余篇,出版专著和教科书15余部,被Nature等引用17000余篇次,H指数70,国家发明专利和软件著作权30余项,规范和标准3项,国际会议特邀报告200余次。主持欧空局(ESA)、中德国际合作、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目30余项。
负责国家一流专业一门、国家一流课程一门,主持省部级以上教改项目10余项,出版教材10余部,发表核心期刊教改论文多篇,获省部级教学成果奖特等奖1项和一等奖1项、黄大年教学团队带头人,培养本科生大创获省部级一等奖、国家级银奖等200余人次,指导多名本科生发表国际高水平成果和获省部级奖或荣誉多项。培养博士后30余名、博士40余名和硕士80余名,其中硕博连读四年毕业多位和国际留学生30余名,博士毕业去美国、德国等博士后多名,绝大多数硕士研究生发表高水平成果,以及获优秀毕业生、优秀毕业论文、研究生国家奖学金等,50余位成为助理教授、副教授或教授,分别在美国、西班牙、中国等高校或研究所工作,部分成为学科带头人。

智能导航与大地测量
建立了残差基随机模型,显著提高了全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)定位精度,开发了单频到五频多模GNSS定位模型和类脑导航技术,推广了其应用。
获得了高精度GNSS对流层和电离层产品,揭示了大气扰动与固体地球活动耦合机理,提出了GNSS大气地震学概念,为地震等监测提供了新思路。
卫星遥感与环境变化
揭示了导航信号地表散射机理,为GNSS反射测量应用奠定了基础,提出了GNSS遥感方向,突破了GNSS遥感技术难题,引领了相关研究和应用。
构建了天空地一体化多源遥感观测体系和信息平台,获得了高时空分辨率气象水文和生态环境变化要素,服务于灾害应急监测管理和生态环境保护。
空天信息与行星科学
利用改进了自适应增强识别算法,高精度自动识别火星中小尺度陨石坑,发现了火星Jezero坑存在含水碳酸盐,推荐为登陆点被美国Mars 2020采用。
利用雷达遥感数据揭示了火星水冰分布和次表层结构特征,发现了地壳应力集中在Tharsis地区,主要由火山堆积地壳荷载未达到均衡补偿的结果。
